Amanda has been involved in the fitness and dance community for most of her life. She decided to make her passion her profession and became an ECITS Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Amanda is a professional dancer and has been a Radio City Rockette for four years. She has toured internationally and nationally performing in a variety of shows including 42^nd Street and has worked on several cruise lines. Amanda incorporates her professional dance experience and training, her study of yoga and Pilates, along with current athletic training techniques to create a well- rounded and individualized program for her clients.
